Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead one or more process modules for the development and operation of 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits.
  • •Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules, setting vision and continual improvement plans.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve structure, electrical, and reliability issues using a model-based approach and process control.
  • •Optimize structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification, and manufacturability through process development and integration.
  • •Design and implement device/process experiments, extract and analyze results, coordinate multi-functional activities, and support technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥5 yrs), or Master’s (≥7 yrs), or Bachelor’s (≥10 yrs) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Experience with non-volatile memories (NAND) and understanding of NAND process flow, including interaction of process and device and yield/reliability issues.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/analytics software (e.g., Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
  • •Ability to develop end-to-end understanding of PI modules on new NAND technologies and related structural and electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Experience in semiconductor R&D and technology transfer, with strong communication and collaboration in multi-functional teams.
