Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the RAN Digital Twin portfolio from concept through launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • •Define and communicate architectural strategy and value propositions, mapping digital-twin architectures to workloads and telco use cases.
  • •Develop product requirements (PRDs), prioritize reference architectures, and create user stories, product definition, specifications, and value propositions.
  • •Translate insights from strategic customers and partners into prioritized and executable product roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, operations, field teams) and with sales to build GTM plans, positioning, and adoption collateral for digital-twin technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience in the wireless communications industry and 7+ years in product management for software simulation tools/workflows, high performance computing, and/or SaaS tools.
  • •BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • •Technical literacy and deep customer/business understanding of RAN digital twins across researchers, developers, integrators, vendors, and telecom operators.
  • •Strong wireless domain knowledge, including end-to-end AI-native RAN systems across hardware and software.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and make technical and business trade-offs, with outstanding communication and project management in a fast-paced environment.
