Software Engineer, RL Training Infra

Work as a generalist software engineer on the Post-Training Frontiers team, keeping large-scale RL training runs fast, reliable, and unblocked. You will tackle engineering, infrastructure, and hardware challenges across training, inference, orchestration, and multi-agent memory integrations, collaborating with researchers and other infra teams to continuously improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of RL pipelines.
