Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Lead cost management for a large, multi-phase hyperscale data center program near St. Louis, serving as the key day-to-day client interface. Own cost planning, estimates, procurement strategy support, commercial governance, and end-to-end change order management. Produce executive-level updates, monthly cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses, while validating quantities and scope alignment across multiple workstreams. Mentor junior team members and help improve delivery tools, templates, and benchmarks.
