Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, direction, and daily supervision for warehouse staff to meet safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost targets.
  • •Handle general management duties including hiring, training, employee development, performance evaluations, work assignments, timekeeping, and applying policies.
  • •Direct daily operational activities such as shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, stacking, picking, packing, and analyzing inventory reports.
  • •Design and implement operations improvement strategies, lead 5S activities, and drive continuous improvement using Enterprise Lean Sigma principles.
  • •Lead safety initiatives (daily safety huddles and monthly safety meetings) and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve problems and eliminate waste.
