Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support a team of FPGA and DSP engineers developing electronic warfare products using Agile and best-practice project management.
  • •Assign and prioritize team work, balancing technical trade-offs with business objectives.
  • •Maintain project plans, resource forecasts, and quarterly workforce planning; provide updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and status.
  • •Design and implement RF solutions, FPGA applications, ARM-based embedded systems, DSP algorithms, and machine learning implementations.
  • •Research, design, and implement multi-FPGA architectures and embedded MPSoC platforms for high-bandwidth, low-latency (real-time wide-bandwidth >1 GHz) applications; improve automated V&V frameworks and automated build/deployment systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership within engineering teams.
  • •Strong experience developing, debugging, and verifying FPGA designs using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
  • •Experience developing with FPGA tools/environments such as Vivado (preferred), Quartus, Vitis, and designing high-throughput, low-latency pipelined FPGA architectures.
  • •Experience with automated verification/validation frameworks and writing firmware in C/C++ with Python (preferred), plus Linux-based development and RF systems/board bring-up knowledge.
