Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end visual design projects as the primary link between internal teams and external design partners. Own project communication, timelines, quality control, feedback consolidation, and accurate information sharing. Manage documentation and invoice tracking, and coordinate with Legal on brand approvals for trade name registration and trademark protection. Also handle monthly payroll operations across head office and restaurant operations, ensuring accurate processing of pay, deductions, and settlements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with internal and external designers and brand strategists, ensuring NDAs are executed before sharing confidential information or assets.
•Monitor design project progress to keep deliverables aligned to scope, quality standards, and timelines, and handle follow-ups to maintain momentum.
•Consolidate and coordinate feedback from internal teams and the Managing Director so it is clear, structured, and actionable before sharing with external partners.
•Liaise with internal departments to gather required information, ensure alignment of details, and verify accuracy with the internal design team before external communication.
•Track invoices and coordinate with Legal on trade name registration and trademark protection after brand design project approval; manage monthly payroll operations for head office and operational staff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
•Proven experience in brand management, project coordination, or a client-facing role, preferably within the creative/branding/design industry.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex feedback.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Familiarity with NDAs, basic contract terms, and intellectual property/trademark processes is an advantage.
