Job Summary

Join the Student Services team to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of learners from FS1 through Year 13. Provide confidential counselling and targeted interventions, contribute to whole-school well-being initiatives, and partner with teachers, parents, and external professionals. Help identify students needing additional support, embed well-being and resilience across the curriculum, and support career and university guidance while maintaining safeguarding and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide confidential counselling and targeted emotional support to students across all year groups.
•Support students in managing academic, social, and emotional challenges through individual and group interventions.
•Contribute to whole-school well-being initiatives, workshops, and awareness programmes.
•Embed well-being, resilience, and emotional intelligence into the curriculum in collaboration with teachers.
•Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate with pastoral and inclusion teams, maintaining accurate confidential records in line with safeguarding policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•Minimum of four years’ counselling experience within an international school setting.
•Experience working with students aged 3–18 years.
•Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and student well-being frameworks.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, student-centred approach.
