Job Summary

Own end-to-end governance for HR system change requests within a complex HR technology landscape. Partner across HR, IT/Digital & Technology, Change Control Boards, and external vendors to ensure compliant, high-quality HRIS delivery. Coordinate integration and regression testing, support release management, and manage escalation and issue resolution. Drive structured planning, impact analysis, documentation and tracker maintenance, and continuous improvement across HR data, integrations, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and govern end-to-end HR system change requests while ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.
•Maintain strong understanding of HRIS platforms, HR data management, and system integrations.
•Manage integration testing and regression testing to ensure quality outcomes for system enhancements and releases.
•Serve as the central coordination point between HR, IT/D&T teams, Change Control Boards, and external vendors.
•Drive escalation management, issue resolution, planning, impact analysis, documentation, tracker maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of experience working within HRIS environments and HR technology ecosystems.
•Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR data/integration processes.
•Proven background coordinating system changes, release management, and testing for enterprise applications.
•Strong knowledge of change control frameworks, testing methodologies, quality assurance, and governance processes.
