Key Responsibilities

•Lead/coordinate the collection and documentation of workflow, business process engineering, and technical requirements with Product Owner and stakeholders.
•Collaborate with Task Lead, Scrum Master, System Engineers, and Developers to facilitate sprint execution, functional testing, and sprint reviews/demos.
•Drive delivery of high-quality solutions by aligning technical requirements with customer needs and architecture.
•Act as a primary liaison between customers and development teams to manage expectations and communicate technical details clearly.
•Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) to support project execution across teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science
•10+ years of related experience
•Familiarity with software development using Java or JavaScript frameworks, RESTful microservices, and Cloud-based architecture and deployment (AWS)
•Proven experience eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements
•Expert liaison between customers and the development team, managing expectations and articulating intricate technical details
