Responsable du Service Formations Client (H/F)

Lead and manage the Pedagogical Engineering and Client Training team at Thales Limours, overseeing training plans, client training delivery, and knowledge sharing. Ensure adequate internal and external resources, deliver training on time and within budget, and drive continuous improvement, developing the team's skills while contributing to bids and cross-functional synergies in a defense/aerospace context.
