Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and govern the weekly mid-term S&OP process across a 3–9+ month planning horizon.
  • •Assess capacity utilisation, backlog development, demand trends, and supply risks to align with business objectives.
  • •Drive network optimisation and site rebalancing decisions, including insourcing and outsourcing opportunities.
  • •Identify and mitigate production constraints related to skills, suppliers, raw materials, and capacity; ensure supply readiness for launches and core initiatives.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional decision-making via the Mid-Term S&OP forum, support issue resolution into the execution horizon, and drive continuous improvement in planning governance, tools, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in tactical planning, S&OP, supply planning, demand planning, capacity planning, production planning, or similar areas.
  • •Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization, ideally within retail or FMCG.
  • •Strong analytical skills including scenario modelling, risk assessment, and supply-demand balancing.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools; familiarity with planning platforms such as o9 or Logility.
