  • •Act as primary contact and trusted advisor for business banking clients, serving as the client “expert.”
  • •Drive growth and business development by understanding client/prospect industries and analyzing relevant trends.
  • •Educate clients on KeyBank products (cash management, payments, equipment finance) to support business needs.
  • •Maintain active prospecting, including identification, qualification, calling, and building a Center of Influence referral network.
  • •Lead and participate in credit processes and portfolio activities, ensuring sound asset quality through accurate risk assessment.
