Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective and efficient recruiting of specialists and managers and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • •Competently advise and support leaders at all levels in a partnership approach.
  • •Lead a small recruiting team (two recruiting partners and one intern) and develop it continuously.
  • •Shape the regional employer presence in close collaboration with Marketing.
  • •Continuously develop recruitment processes for the future and ensure a positive candidate experience with local HR and central HR services in the Corporate Office (Zurich).

  • •Tertiary education (Uni, FH, HF) in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field with HR training focused on recruiting.
  • •HR specialist experience with proven results across the full recruitment process and personal marketing.
  • •Experience leading qualified specialists both professionally and people-wise.
  • •Strong interpersonal qualities: outgoing, empathetic, high service orientation, and well-developed organizational skills.
  • •Excellent German (spoken and written) and good English; proficient with MS Office; SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage.
