Key Responsibilities

  • •Own RMS as the primary source of engineering performance visibility and ensure data integrity across the network
  • •Lead structured root-cause analysis of network and energy non-performance and define targeted corrective actions
  • •Enforce energy system designs and configuration standards, review site-specific energy solutions, and ensure observability through RMS
  • •Escalate complex technical challenges and integrate external guidance to build internal capability
  • •Promote data-driven decision-making and provide guidance to Operations and Partners (without owning execution)

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical, Power, Telecoms, or related Engineering discipline
  • •Strong experience in network reliability, performance engineering, or energy systems
  • •Proven root-cause analysis and system-level troubleshooting capability
  • •Experience working with monitoring systems and analytics tools
  • •Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
