Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile inventory and research discrepancies, including items with no SKU information.
  • •Conduct daily sweeps of product aisles to identify and minimize occurrences of missing-SKU inventory.
  • •Create detailed logs for researched inventory in the Asset Protection exemptions queue.
  • •Investigate mis-shipped items by researching discrepancies in the warehouse management system and using CCTV as needed.
  • •Maintain salvage reports and documentation, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve exceptions and reduce future operational deficiencies.
