You’ll own scale-out automation, observability, and multi-regional infrastructure, collaborating across engineering to reduce toil and improve reliability. The role blends infrastructure with internal tooling to enhance developer experience and customer outcomes, with a strong emphasis on GCP/GKE and a modern tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale existing tools and automation to support growth of the platform and reduce toil for development teams.
•Diversify and scale the platform across additional regions and evaluate multi-regional capabilities for data pipelines.
•Provide platform support to engineering using data-driven decision-making to improve reliability and efficiency.
•Drive improvements in observability and ensure alignment with long-term storage and performance goals.
•Collaborate with SRE and software engineering to design and implement elastic, multi-regional storage and infrastructure improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code / GitOps tooling.
•Foundation in Observability best practices and implementation.
•Experience in a SaaS or PaaS environment.
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including proficiency with GCP/GKE networking.
•Familiarity with our tech stack: Message Queues, Prometheus, ClickHouse, ArgoCD, Github Actions, Golang. (Ruby / Rails is a bonus)
