Maximize quality sales performance and mitigate risk for NRG’s residential retail energy business in the East Region. You’ll manage customer complaint intake and case documentation, investigate issues using internal systems, and provide compliant responses within regulatory deadlines. The role also analyzes complaint data to identify trends and suspicious activity, escalates process risks, partners with channel teams to ensure enrollment compliance, and supports reporting and privacy request processing.
