Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own core People metrics across headcount, hiring, retention, organizational health, employee experience, learning & development, and talent development.
  • •Build scalable analytical products: canonical datasets, models, self-service tools, and dashboards for fast, consistent answers.
  • •Partner with People and business leaders to analyze complex people data, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • •Work with Engineers to improve Fivetran’s own HRIS and ATS connectors.
  • •Establish responsible People Analytics practices for data quality, integrity, governance, privacy, appropriate access, and use of sensitive employee data.
