Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders across projects, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to deliver compliant outcomes.
  • •Track and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slippage, and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are used effectively, ensuring best practice is applied across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required, while monitoring progress across multiple projects.
  • •Oversee supplier and design team interfaces, manage project information flow via meetings and written communications, and provide technical support including RFIs, cost control, and value engineering guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively with a broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
