Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage parts inventory by anticipating business needs and optimizing service center parts operations.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory controls, including perpetual and annual inventories, and refresh inventory based on part revision changes.
  • •Order and receive inventory and special-order parts, stock items in assigned storage/bin locations, and manage parts transfers between service locations.
  • •Generate parts estimates for customers, insurance companies, and internal fleet vehicles sold by service advisors.
  • •Support service performance by organizing parts warranty returns and maintaining a high First Time Fill Rate (FTFR), while promoting accessory sales.
