Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate domestic and international shipments from production sites to customers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Manage export operations, including customs compliance and preparation of shipping and export documentation.
  • •Collaborate with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
  • •Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and proactively communicate delays or exceptions to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience in logistics operations.
  • •Experience in international logistics, exports, customs processes, and transportation coordination.
  • •Strong proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP system, with accurate logistics transaction management.
  • •Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (written and verbal), with German as a strong advantage.
  • •High attention to detail and strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
