  • •Supervise maintenance technicians and prioritize/assign daily work orders across crude facilities and diesel fleet assets.
  • •Ensure mechanical integrity through proactive preventive maintenance and reliability practices for equipment, facility systems, and fleet vehicles/mobile equipment.
  • •Coordinate maintenance and project activities with Operations to support uptime and reduce operational disruption.
  • •Drive cost-effective maintenance decisions balancing reliability, safety, and budget, including vendor support as needed.
