Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop analytical solutions and models to support various departments.
  • •Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, datasets, and codebases for MI, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight to departments.
  • •Create solutions that make it easy for teams to access the data they need.
  • •Develop and maintain AI agents and solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • •Coding skills in Python, with experience writing clean, reusable, well-structured code.
  • •Practical experience (or strong interest in learning) with statistical modelling or machine learning techniques such as regression/GLMs, tree-based methods, forecasting/time series, and clustering/segmentation.
  • •Experience developing dashboards and reports using data-visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
  • •Experience with AI tools, preferably MS Copilot Studio.
