Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned retail stores to profitable growth and build brand equity through an exceptional buying experience.
  • •Ensure financial objectives are met.
  • •Ensure merchandising and customer service disciplines support the rapid expansion of the retail network.
  • •Develop, coach, train, and motivate Store Managers to maintain operational/customer service standards and meet sales goals.
  • •Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, safety/security, and company asset/merchandise controls, including inventory counts and replenishment recommendations.
