Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership for the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of RTA buildings, facilities, and infrastructure across Dubai. Lead development of strategic plans and KPIs, oversee project delivery and contract reviews, and manage departmental assets through the RTA Asset Management System (AMS). Drive operational excellence, compliance with RTA standards, performance management, and continuous improvement using green building practices, smart technologies, and AI/ML-driven predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategic plans and KPIs aligned with the Authority’s objectives, including modernization initiatives across Authority-owned buildings.
•Oversee project execution from planning and design through completion, ensuring compliance with approved standards, specifications, and schedules.
•Review and approve contracts and agreements, including technical prequalification of consultants, vendors, and service providers.
•Manage departmental assets through the RTA Asset Management System (AMS) and ensure accurate lifecycle optimization.
•Drive innovation and improvement through green building design, smart technologies, AI/ML-driven simulations, predictive maintenance, and evidence-based reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/architectural engineering or project management.
•Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Infrastructure Planning, or Sustainable Design.
•16+ years of experience with a master’s degree (or 18+ years with a bachelor’s degree).
•Certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2.
•Ability to lead teams, oversee project execution end-to-end, and ensure compliance with standards and schedules.
