Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a ServiceNow BA or Consultant.
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules.
  • •Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
  • •Fluent in English.
