Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and automation frameworks to streamline customer onboarding, solution delivery, and operational workflows.
  • •Build and integrate AI-powered solutions and LLM-based workflows to enhance delivery processes, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
  • •Lead and/or contribute to implementing enterprise security and delivery solutions for F5 customers.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across customer environments, infrastructure, and tooling layers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, Terraform) to build internal tools, automation scripts, CLIs, or developer utilities.
  • •Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, or orchestration.
  • •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI tools, APIs, or LLM-based workflows into operational processes.
  • •Strong understanding of core internet technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and HTML.
  • •In-depth expertise in at least two areas such as WAF, bot management, load balancing/proxy, cloud networking/operations, data center infrastructure, L3–L7 DDoS protection, or CDN.
