Job Summary

Support the Total Rewards team in maintaining compensation and benefits programs across the Raya portfolio. Assist with salary structure administration, benefits documentation, Total Rewards recordkeeping, and HR analytics by collecting and analyzing HR data to build reports and dashboards. Conduct research on compensation and benefits trends to help enhance Raya’s Total Rewards strategy, and coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives such as wellness programs and related webinars.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Total Rewards team with compensation and benefits program maintenance across the Raya portfolio.
•Support benefits administration, including salary structures, policy documentation, and Total Rewards recordkeeping.
•Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to prepare reports and dashboards, and support offer pay calculations during recruitment.
•Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends to identify best practices and improve Total Rewards strategy.
•Provide administrative and coordination support for employee inquiries and medical/life insurance documentation, including wellbeing and employee engagement activities.

Key Requirements

•Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•Basic understanding of Human Resources and Total Rewards principles.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
