Job Summary

Help prospective and existing customers evaluate and adopt Sonar’s AI code review and verification products across their software development life cycle. Deliver technical presentations and demos, troubleshoot issues during product evaluations, and advise on aligning Sonar with customers’ deployment strategies. Partner with Sales while collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Development, and Customer Success to drive adoption and growth of advanced product editions, including enabling channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Help prospective customers understand how Clean as You Code fits into their software development life cycle.
•Drive technical pre-sales activities through presentations, demonstrations, and supporting product evaluations.
•Advise customers on the best alignment of the Sonar solution with their deployment strategy.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered by prospective customers during evaluation.
•Support successful product adoption and growth post-purchase by working with Customer Success and Support teams, including enabling channel partners.

Key Requirements

•Some practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering.
•Experience with both local and cloud software deployment platforms, including Linux and Windows.
•Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
•Ability to dive into complex technical problems, troubleshoot, develop solutions, and communicate them verbally and in writing.
•Excellent English communication skills; German is desirable (not required).
