Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Aftermarket Parts team by managing supplier activities from inquiry through delivery of aftermarket materials, including small to mid-size items.
  • •Develop and issue RFQs to approved vendors; evaluate quotations based on cost, lead time, and compliance with technical specifications.
  • •Recommend suppliers and prepare purchase orders aligned with RFQs and delivery requirements, collaborating with engineering and quality for technical accuracy.
  • •Maintain supplier communications to monitor order status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • •Coordinate logistics and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments, and support project controls with job setups and invoice-related administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may also be considered.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Access.
  • •Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to department-specific enterprise systems.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, with basic understanding of procurement processes (RFQs, vendor selection, and PO execution).
