Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred) plus 3+ years of successful Lean implementation experience OR a High School Diploma plus 5+ years of relevant Lean implementation experience.
  • •Prior practical experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing operations.
  • •Extensive experience using Lean manufacturing tools and methods.
  • •Proven ability to drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste using applicable tools and analysis.
  • •Demonstrated coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills with successful change management, along with strong written/verbal communication skills.
