Specialist II - Lean Manufacturing

Improve and sustain production performance by implementing Lean Manufacturing improvements across the process flow. You’ll recommend hands-on changes focused on labor optimization, flow creation, 5S, and waste reduction; support value stream mapping and kaizen events; and lead problem-solving to root cause with corrective actions. The role also uses manufacturing data to build control charts and KPIs, supports continuous-improvement documentation, and includes travel to other regional locations (~25%).
