Key Responsibilities

  • •Take Ownership of High-Impact Projects: You will have the autonomy to own our most complex data initiatives from start to finish, setting direction and leading critical initiatives from idea to implementation.
  • •Shape Business and Product Strategy: Influence the direction of the company by leveraging deep understanding of customers to challenge assumptions and identify new opportunities.
  • •Translate Data into a Compelling Vision: Communicate a clear technical vision and strategy that aligns technical and business leaders to create a central source of truth.
  • •Setting the Standard: Establish simple, scalable data solutions and best practices that become the standard across the company.
  • •Act as a Multiplier Across Engineering: Unblock dependent teams, mentor colleagues through feedback and code reviews to inspire better solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
  • •Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker), with familiarity in big data tools a strong advantage.
  • •Excellent ability to break down complex problems, prioritize effectively, and align work with strategic goals.
  • •Excellent English communication; able to manage diverse stakeholders and translate insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Ability to structure projects and prioritize tasks across cross-functional teams; curious and experimental mindset to iterate and improve.
