Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead store-day activities and deliver exceptional consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Partner with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, actively champion team culture, and support customers across POS management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Serve as a brand ambassador, handle opening/closing and cash handling as a key holder, and follow asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
