Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate business processes and improve service delivery.
•Build production-grade GenAI applications (LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots) and orchestration layers from architectural patterns.
•Contribute to PoCs and pilots by rapidly prototyping new capabilities and moving them to production when validated.
•Develop and integrate AI agents and multi-agent systems, and build APIs/microservices exposing AI capabilities to internal teams and products.
•Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ITSM, data warehouse, identity, observability) and implement governance/security controls including data handling, prompt injection defenses, audit logging, and RBAC/least-privilege.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 39,788 - 48,621

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
•Proven experience delivering AI features that run in production with real users.
•Hands-on experience deploying and operating AI workloads in enterprise environments, including security, compliance, integrations, and scale.
•Deep practical experience with LLMs/GenAI (foundation models, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context management).
•Hands-on experience with agents/orchestration (copilots or multi-agent workflows) and production-quality Python.
•Microsoft Azure experience (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search) and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (Copilot Studio)
•APIs and services experience (REST and/or gRPC, event-driven patterns, API design/versioning)
•MLOps fundamentals (experiment tracking, model/prompt versioning, automated evaluation, monitoring)
•Fluency in English (written and spoken)
