Key Responsibilities

•Work on one or more assignments independently within building construction projects.
•Coordinate the assignment with external contacts and stakeholders.
•Share knowledge with younger colleagues and contribute to their development.
•Maintain client relations and be responsive to client challenges and requests.
•Perform structural calculations and analyses as part of project delivery.

Key Requirements

•At least five years of experience working with building construction, preferably in a consulting role, to effectively perform the role.
•Strong knowledge of building design and structural calculations (konstruk tionsberäkningar).
•Experience with ABK and knowledge of building techniques, such as concrete, wood and steel structures.
•Ability to lead and sell projects, with good customer contact and relationship skills.
•University or college degree in construction or civil engineering; fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required, English also beneficial.
