Shape Zalando’s Kids’ Footwear product assortment by owning collection building and translating trend research and customer insights into compelling brand stories. Lead end-to-end design with a focus on fit requirements, production processes, and sustainability innovations, while optimizing workflows and resolving operational challenges. Collaborate closely with Design, Buying, Planning, and the Sourcing Office to deliver commercial collections in a high-performing, inclusive team.
