Key Responsibilities

•Support the licensing team by coordinating information and processes and organizing projects to meet stated objectives.
•Research, prepare, and submit ancillary licenses and registrations, including business licenses, sales tax certificates, and county trade name filings, for multiple entities.
•Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to the appropriate manager or team when needed.
•Spot and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency and desired outcomes within licensing.
•Independently manage licensing task queues and support project management by tracking progress, deliverables, target dates, and statuses.

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
•3+ years of experience in a corporate/office environment in an administrative or similar role.

•Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and state/county government personnel.
•Proficiency in project, file, and task tracking, with the ability to anticipate next steps.
