Job Summary

Own and drive the product and proposition strategy for Property & Casualty (P&C), from initiating new offerings to simplifying and improving the existing product portfolio. Lead product and gap analysis while monitoring competition, define infrastructure and business analysis requirements, and validate implementations through User Acceptance Testing. Assess post-production readiness for service management, track post-launch performance across sales channels, and use analytics to recommend improvements in products, processes, and customer/partner experience.

•Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing) and advanced use of MS Office.
