Key Responsibilities

  • •Review P&IDs and transform them into clear, accurate electrical drawings and specifications.
  • •Generate complete electrical drawing packages for approval, bid, and construction (SLDs, schematics, lighting design, control panels, heat trace).
  • •Apply engineering and construction standards to evaluate RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and electrical contract documents.
  • •Mark up vendor package/skid drawings to meet project specifications and ensure integration across disciplines.
  • •Provide practical wiring details and technical guidance to support electrical contractors in the field.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical diploma in electrical engineering technology or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design, ideally within consulting or EPC environments.
  • •Experience supporting Power Generation Projects is required.
  • •Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D CAD tools is an advantage.
  • •Detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
