Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead store operations, activity scheduling, and service standards to ensure KPIs and brand-aligned customer service metrics.
  • •Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to the staff in coordination with the store manager, ensuring training and compliance with service programs.
  • •Review daily sales and individual/team KPI reports with the Store Manager and communicate results to staff, creating individual action plans to improve performance.
  • •Manage store assets and financial operations in a timely manner, including financial reports, cash deposits, and expense control.
  • •Ensure inventory reliability by supporting cycle and fiscal inventory execution, controlling inventory rotation, and reporting anomalies per policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •1 ½ years experience as Sub-Gerente de Tienda and at least 2 years as stylist/asesor de venta in commercial businesses of textiles and accessories.
  • •Preferably completed high school (preparatoria) with certificate and/or studies in an economic-administrative, tourism, or service-related program.
  • •Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet; intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and information analysis).
  • •Experience in store administration and, preferably, knowledge of commercial indicators/KPIs.
  • •Knowledge of fraud prevention, cloned cards, and counterfeit bills; basics of inventory cycle/general management; strong customer service focus and availability of schedule.
