Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wealth advice hub SharePoint to keep processes and procedures current and audit-ready.
  • •Roll out internal communications on new updates and ensure documentation is saved and maintained for audit purposes.
  • •Perform administrative tasks for data extraction, processing, and reporting for advisors.
  • •Provide technical assistance to advisors, resolve technical conflicts during the customer journey, and support relevant tasks/deliveries.
  • •Monitor regulatory obligations and translate them into clear, actionable policy/procedure updates, maintaining traceability from obligations and risks to evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • •Proven experience leading process and procedure functions within financial planning, wealth management, or wider financial services.
  • •Experience using software packages including Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • •Good stakeholder management and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • •Good written and spoken communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to varied audiences.
