Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines to ingest, harmonize, and model membership data from multiple source systems.
  • •Partner with Membership Data Analyst and teams across Marketing, Product, and Finance to define requirements and deliver membership data products.
  • •Own end-to-end data quality and reliability for the membership domain from raw ingestion to analytics-ready tables.
  • •Integrate subscription billing, CRM, and app engagement data into a coherent membership data model.
  • •Apply data governance practices (lineage, documentation, access controls, metric validation) and contribute to Data Mesh ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data engineering building and operating production pipelines.
  • •Strong SQL and Python skills with a track record of reliable pipeline development.
  • •Experience integrating data from subscription billing, CRM, or marketing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Braze, Salesforce, Shopify).
  • •Familiarity with modern data stack tooling such as dbt, Databricks, Spark, and Airflow (or equivalents).
