Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all physical security systems across Pandora manufacturing sites in Bangkok and Lamphun, with potential support to emerging operations in Vietnam.
  • •Ensure CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and panic/duress systems are designed, integrated, deployed, and maintained to meet Pandora’s Global Security Minimum Requirements (SMRs).
  • •Identify system gaps, propose continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with Thai regulatory requirements.
  • •Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for security platforms and infrastructure; oversee system design, integrations, performance validation, and architecture documentation.
  • •Build analytics dashboards and reporting mechanisms to strengthen operations, compliance, and transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Security Technology, IT Networks, or related field; 5-8 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) preferred in manufacturing, distribution, or high‑value goods environments.
