  • •Define epics and user stories with clear scope, dependencies, and detailed acceptance criteria for engineering.
  • •Develop user journey, process, and data flow diagrams and collaborate on wireframes and higher-fidelity designs.
  • •Manage backlog, sprint readiness, delivery tracking in Jira, and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to partners and leadership.
