General Mechanic

Install, repair, weld, fabricate, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment at Alcoa’s Massena facility. You’ll read blueprints and shop orders to layout, set up, and operate metalworking equipment, perform complicated mechanical repair or rebuild tasks, and diagnose machine issues using observational skills. The role also includes assisting other trades during repair operations and working any shift, including weekends.
