•Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
•Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response and closing out work orders upon completion with minimal callbacks.
•Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
•Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
•Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
