Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and control all plant accounting and financial functions, ensuring timely, accurate reporting in compliance with US GAAP and Amcor policies.
  • •Own Plant P&L and inventory/working capital; lead month and quarterly forecasts and explain variances versus estimates.
  • •Prepare and analyze financial reporting including material usage, cost statements, profit and loss, manufacturing statistics, labor analysis, and sales analysis.
  • •Perform balance sheet analysis and reconciliation for key accounts, including inventory.
  • •Provide strategic guidance and support commercial excellence using profitability tools (PMDB), including training on systems and financial processes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive finance experience, mainly in manufacturing roles.
  • •Bachelor’s in finance or accounting; MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.

  • •Robust systems aptitude with Excel, SAP, HFM, and PowerPoint.
