Provide timely, accurate client transaction support while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, cross-training across sales and service, and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, assist with new account openings, and follow internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.
