Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with dunning workflows for past-due balances and engage customers on overdue accounts
  • •Monitor DSO and aged balances while maintaining a clean AR ledger
  • •Serve as first-line support for AR/collections inquiries and investigate/resolution or escalate when needed
